Important Guidelines for Online & Offline Transactions

  • Please check the daily transaction limit before initiating the payment via Account / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Wallet.
  • Ensure that E-commerce transactions are enabled on your bank account or card.Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection before and during the transaction process.
  • For Online Payments (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI): If the amount is debited from your account but the transaction shows as failed or pending, please wait. It will usually be updated within One Hour Thirty Minutes (1hr:30min).
  • If the transaction still appears as failed after 1hr:30min, please contact your bank or card issuer to initiate a refund request.
  • For Offline Payments (Cash Challan / NEFT / RTGS): Payment status will be reflected within 24 to 48 hours. Read all challan instructions carefully and ensure the exact total amount is transferred.
