on your bank account or card.
Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection
before and during the transaction process.
For Online Payments (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI):
If the amount is debited from your account but the transaction shows as
failed or pending
, please wait. It will usually be updated within
One Hour Thirty Minutes (1hr:30min)

If the transaction still appears as failed after
1hr:30min
, please
contact your bank or card issuer
to initiate a refund request.
For Offline Payments (Cash Challan / NEFT / RTGS):
Payment status will be reflected within
24 to 48 hours
. Read all challan instructions carefully and ensure the
exact total amount
is transferred.
